Only new and unused products can be exchanged or returned — the item must retain its original appearance, consumer properties, and have no signs of wear or use (such as abrasions, stains, etc.). The original packaging, tags, and sales receipt must also be preserved.
Please note that the actual colors of products may slightly differ from those shown on the website, depending on your screen settings.
Follow the care and usage instructions provided for each item to maintain its quality.
The store is not responsible for incorrect delivery information provided by the customer at checkout (such as name, address, etc.).
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please submit an online complaint for international shipment.

The delivery cost is non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for all postal costs related to return or exchange.
