Payment
Orders are processed after 100% prepayment.
You can pay in USD or EUR using the available payment options at checkout — including Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other supported systems.
All payments are processed securely through international payment platforms.
Order Processing
Each order is prepared and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number, detailed information about your order’s contents, and all delivery details.
Delivery
Delivery Options
All international parcels are shipped from Ukraine via the national postal operator – Ukrposhta.
Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and destination.

Available delivery types:
- Standard Shipping — economical and reliable; average delivery time 10–21 business days.
- EMS Express Shipping — faster air delivery with priority handling; average delivery time 8–14 business days.
- Free Shipping — available for orders over $250 USD (or equivalent in EUR); delivery time similar to Standard Shipping.
The final shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight and destination of your order.
Tracking Your Order
After shipment, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your package online.

Delivery Notes
We cannot influence the operation of customs services, shipping delays, or unsuccessful delivery attempts caused by the recipient’s absence.
If your parcel is significantly delayed, we can open an official postal investigation (claim) through Ukrposhta to locate your shipment.
In rare cases, if the parcel is declared lost, a replacement shipment may be arranged.
Ethical Note
We do not ship orders to Russia or Belarus due to the ongoing war against Ukraine.
